Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Juice machines were off but they turned it on so I could fill my canteen with water. We arrived at 3 am, check in was quick and we were out by 10 am. Online showed $80, my dad went in and came out and said it was $120. I was too tired to figure out why and let it go. There was something behind the building that sounded like car subwoofers; however, when I looked there were no cars and only buildings. Not sure what caused the noise but I could hear it all night long. The heat didn’t adjust to the temp we set it to, just continually pushed out hot air. Woke up at 6:30 am because the room was so hot and I had to turn it off. Breakfast was normal, I’ve had better at other supper 8’s. There was no spray for the waffle machine so it stuck & I had to dig the waffle out.

The room was setup fine but the hot and cold on the sink was backwards. Our AC unit was set to cold but it never ran long enough to cool the room so it was warm all night long. Too warm. And the toilet was not tightened to the floor. It rocked the moment you sat.

After checking in went to back door as our room was right there #114. While opening the outside door the closer would not allow the door to open only half of the way. Which meant you would jar your arm or step into door. Made a complaint to …

This was a business trip. We were very disappointed in the breakfast accommodation. It was very cheap. The bagels were very hard. Poor selection. No fruits offered. Eggs were fake & very cold, they looked like flying saucers.

The worst experience of my life. The staff were rude from the moment I arrived to the time I left. The room smelled like something had died and was decomposing. I reported this to staff and was told I should take a bath.

The staff at this location are friendly and professional. They make you feel welcome like a home away from home. The continental breakfast definitely leaves alot to be desired but the Orange and Apple juice was literally the best juice I've ever had at a hotel. I have a duaghter with Special needs and a 7 month old and the staff did an amazing job making my duaghter feel comfortable and safe. I've been to nicer hotels but for the price it's a great deal and the best option for a budget hotel in the area. We travel alot and this hotel by far has the best staff that we've experienced over our 25 years of marriage.

If you can avoid this place at all cost!! Aside from the poor management and service, there was nothing enjoyable about the stay. Rooms were mediocre at best. I believe this is a hotel strictly for pets, and bugs!!! I didn’t survive the night.. Location ideal though!!
